1. Yoga Flow and Sound Bath to get Energy Moving
2. Earth- Manifestation Crafts with things Found in the Location
3. Fire- Releasing Fears into the Flames
4. Air- Shadow Work Workshop to Help Open Communication Within
5. Spirit- Deep Guided Meditations for each Element & a Chakra Clearing 
Spend the day connecting with new people and yourself through each of the powerful elements that create our reality
Ticket Includes:
1. Corresponding Workbook
2. Lunch both regular and vegetarian options, as well as ice cold water to stay hydrated while you heal.
Chair massage will be available on site the day of the event for an extra fee.

An element adventure!!!!

Today I met some amazing individuals all ready to learn and grow through the elements. Jordan did an amazing job. She is so upbeat and knowledgeable. I loved finally seeming her new completed deck. It came out amazing. And my other favorite was painting. I hope to see all these lovely faces again!!!! Til next time

So much fun with beautiful souls

Jordan organized so many healing and thought provoking exercises that challenged us to look inward to achieve healing and self care. I had the best time and I felt comfortable from the beginning. I cannot wait to go to another retreat and meet more beautiful souls in our journeys!
