Well, look no further! With this interactive workshop, we will start to develop and strengthen your connection to your shadow self and highest self. By using simple creative journaling and drawing prompts, you can ask yourself the hardest questions and find understanding in the deepest answers. With this 2-hour class, you will learn a variety of cognitive tools with plenty of hands-on interaction and sharing with the class. Your healing starts now!
